At Eternal June Studio, each product is created and packed with care. As many of our products are small batch, made to order, or limited quantity fan inspired collectibles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for any refund, replacement, or exchange consideration, customers must provide:
- a complete unboxing video recorded from the beginning of opening the package until the very end.
- a clear, continuous, and unedited recording without cuts, pauses, or edits.
- clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange.
Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only considered in cases where:
- the wrong item was sent
- the product arrived significantly damaged
- the item is defective due to an issue on our end
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 6 working days, or a replacement will be arranged depending on product availability.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of placing an order. Eternal June Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or failed delivery attempts.
Shipping charges are non refundable once an order has been dispatched.
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the order will not be eligible for refund, including both the product amount and shipping charges. Customers who wish to have the order shipped again will be required to pay the applicable shipping charges for reshipment.
